To access pb99's full features you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. pb99 may verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents as part of KYC procedures.

• Provide your real name, date of birth, and current contact details.
• Notify pb99 promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Keep your login credentials — mobile number and password — confidential at all times.
• Do not share account access with any other person, including family members or friends.

pb99 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or where required by compliance procedures. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pb99 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. pb99 does not accept cryptocurrency or international credit card deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. pb99 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pb99 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if funds are found to originate from fraudulent or criminal activity.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests may require KYC verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a threshold set by pb99's compliance team.
• pb99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary by payment method. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all processing commitments.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pb99 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply across all pb99 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. pb99 reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion.

pb99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While pb99 takes reasonable steps to maintain availability and security, temporary outages may occur and pb99 shall not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

By creating an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. pb99 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. 11. Amendments to These Terms

pb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
